Your child lies down comfortably on the examination bed
A few soft stickers (electrodes) are placed on their chest, arms and legs
The ECG machine records the heartbeat over a short period
The entire test usually takes less than 10 minutes
The results are reviewed by our doctors and shared with you in clear terms
Most children tolerate the procedure well, and we always take care to ensure they feel settled and supported.
