Dr Martha Liu is a certified Paediatrician with more than 15 years of experience in the field of Paediatric Medicine, both in the public and private healthcare sectors in Singapore.

She received her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Dalhousie University, Canada, and subsequently underwent her Paediatric Medicine specialist training at the National University Hospital (NUH). She also underwent Neonatology training at National University Hospital (NUH) and Singapore General Hospital (SGH). She obtained her Master’s degree in Paediatric Medicine (Singapore), and was granted full membership into the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (UK) and fellowship into the Academy of Medicine, College of Paediatrics and Child Health (Singapore).

Dr Martha Liu sees a wide range of General and Ambulatory Paediatric patients across the ages, from the newborn to adolescents. She deals with variety of cases such as seeing well babies for vaccinations, developmental assessment and treating common paediatrics and adolescent cases such as asthma, bronchitis, allergic rhinitis, obesity, gastroenteritis, headache, febrile seizure, abdominal pain, picky eater, constipation and skin conditions.

Dr. Martha Liu has a strong passion for educating future generation doctors and service to humanity. She was actively involved in the educating future generation doctors at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (NUS). In 2012, she was appointed as deputy clinical supervisor with the main responsibility of educating and guiding junior doctors rotating through the paediatrics department.

Believing in service to humanity, Dr Martha Liu has been spending her time volunteering in remote part of Indonesia to provide health education and medical care to the rural population.

Dr Martha Liu takes genuine, holistic and child-centred care to her patients and their families. As a mother, she understands the anxiety of parents towards their sick ones. She is passionate about ensuring children recover from their sickness so as to bring smiles back to the children and their family.

She is fluent in English and Bahasa.
